MHC transforms industrial plastic waste into high-performance raw materials and also supplies virgin resins, offering complete polymer solutions for different industrial applications. With over 20 years of experience, technical expertise, an in-house laboratory and facilities in Paraná, we help each customer choose the most suitable polymer to improve machine performance, process stability and final product quality, while contributing to resource reuse and a lower environmental impact.

Every kilogram of recycled plastic processed by MHC contributes to resource reuse, reduces the need for virgin raw materials and helps lower environmental impact throughout the production chain.

Environmental impact
of recycling

Using recycled polymers instead of virgin raw materials can significantly reduce the environmental impact associated with plastics production.

Life Cycle Assessment studies by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre show that using recycled polymers can deliver reductions in greenhouse gas emissions compared with using virgin resins.

For each tonne of recycled polymer used instead of virgin polymer, up to approximately 1.5 tonnes of CO₂ equivalent can be avoided, depending on the polymer type, application and recycling process.

In addition to reducing the carbon footprint, recycling contributes to:

Lower use of fossil raw materials

Reuse of existing resources

Less waste sent for disposal

Strengthening the circular economy

Greater resource efficiency throughout the production chain

How the
circular economy
works at MHC

Result: industrial waste returns to the production chain as high-performance raw material, reducing disposal and the need for new resources.

Why choose MHC

Seven pillars underpin MHC's operations:

More than two decades of experience in industrial polymers, building trusted relationships and a deep understanding of industry needs.

MHC goes beyond supplying raw materials. Our team understands each customer's production process and guides the choice of polymer, melt flow rate and formulation to optimise machine performance, increase production stability and contribute to final product quality.

Continuous investment in machinery, processes, filtration and production control to deliver more stable, reliable and competitive materials.

A strong focus on recycled polypropylene and polyethylene, promoting resource reuse, waste reduction and the integration of more sustainable solutions into the production chain.

Solutions that balance quality, performance and cost, helping customers increase production efficiency without compromising the final result.

Production facilities, inventory and logistics prepared to respond quickly to demand and support continuity in customers' operations.

An in-house laboratory, hourly production control and practical shop-floor expertise to ensure greater stability, predictability and consistency between batches.

Quality
process

Quality at MHC is more than a final inspection. It is continuous control, present at every stage of the process.

QUALITY THAT
GOES FURTHER

Results
for the customer

Less machine downtime due to material failure
Less scrap and rework
Uniform finish in parts and films
Predictability and repeatability from batch to batch

This is especially important for industries using injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding and rotational moulding, which depend on consistent polymers to maintain productivity.
