Constant control. Technical expertise. Quality at every stage.
At MHC, quality begins even before production. Raw material selection, technical analysis and the expertise accumulated over more than two decades guide every stage of the process.
During production, the material is constantly monitored, with hourly monitoring, high-precision filtration and laboratory testing to achieve greater stability, consistency and predictability between batches.
The result is polymers developed to contribute to better processability, greater production efficiency, reduced variability and consistent quality in the customer's final product.

The process in 6 stages
Careful raw material selection
Rigorous assessment upon receipt to ensure that only suitable materials move forward to production.
Initial laboratory analysis
Verification of raw material characteristics before processing, enabling greater control and predictability from the outset.
Processing with industrial technology
High-tech equipment and production capacity designed to handle different volumes and requirements efficiently and consistently.
High-precision double filtration
A filtration system designed to reduce impurities and contribute to a better finish, greater stability and better material performance during use.
Continuous production monitoring
Hourly batch control throughout the process, enabling continuous monitoring and greater consistency between production runs.
Final laboratory analysis
Verification of the processed material's characteristics before release, reinforcing reliability and standardisation of every batch.
Customer benefits
Greater processing stabilityMore consistent materials contribute to more predictable operations
Less scrap and reworkGreater control helps reduce variations that can affect production
Better equipment performanceAppropriate polymer selection and material control support process efficiency
More consistent final product qualityGreater consistency contributes to a more uniform finish and characteristics
Greater production efficiencyLess variation means greater operational continuity and predictability
Consistency between batchesConstant monitoring to reduce differences between production runs
More reliable supplyEvery batch is monitored and analysed before release
Traceability
MHC maintains hourly production control and laboratory testing at every stage, with internal batch-to-batch traceability.
Verified environmental impact
Using recycled resins instead of virgin resins can contribute to a significant reduction in environmental impacts associated with plastics production, particularly greenhouse gas emissions.
This benefit is demonstrated by Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies published by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre, which assess the environmental gains from recycling different types of polymers.
At MHC, sustainability is part of the solution: reusing materials, reducing the need for virgin resources and returning polymers to the production chain, promoting a more efficient industry aligned with circular economy principles.
